Muhamad Nur Lokman Bin Redzuan

Graduated from University of Malaya with a bachelor’s degree of International and Strategic Studies. Prior to joining Penang Institute, he was an anti-money laundering analyst in an international financial institution. His research interest includes foreign policy, border security, counter-terrorism and regionalism.

She holds a Secretarial diploma. She is currently the Finance Officer of Penang Institute. Previously, she worked as an Administrator cum Accountant for 12 years (1984 – 1996) in a research company in Kuala Lumpur, and as a Personal Assistant to a Penang State EXCO for 12 years (1996 – 2008).
