Writing as well as reading, in fact, thinking too, have been evolving over recent decades. What methods of writing and thinking are effective today, both in attracting readers and in expressing novel ideas in easily accessible ways? “Non-fiction” suggests a preoccupation with facts and probabilities, while being “creative” suggests a search to tell things not only as they are, but in ways that are succinct, accessible and relatable. The panelists discuss how and why “creative non-fiction” is becoming a preferred form to stimulate writing and encourage reading.
