A MoU signing ceremony between Taiwan Institute of Economic Research (TIER) and Penang Institute is one of nine MOUs signed this morning at the Taiwan-Malaysia Industrial Collaboration Summit. The summit took place earlier today at the Taiwan International Convention Centre. Other MoUs signed signified new-found collaborations between different organisations from both countries in various sectors such as textile, biotechnology for food, medicine and cosmetic, smart city and IT services.
