On the 3rd of October 2019, members of the Penang Hill Corporation visited our Penang Studies Resource Centre to better understand how our research materials are being managed and organised, with hopes of applying it to their very own resource centre. With the aim of empowering citizens of Penang in mind, our librarians passionately shared their knowledge and experience in managing over 8,000 resources.
