The Malaysian Dutch Business Council is honoured to inform and invite you for our special event: Briefing by the Hon. Chief Minister of Penang on “Penang’s Promise of an International & Intelligent City”. The talk and panel discussion will be followed by networking.

Besides the keynote address of the Hon. Chief Minister, the Forum will include speakers of Penang Institute and investPenang, EU Ambassador HE Luc Vandebon and corporate speakers from the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC), the Malaysian German Chamber of Commerce (MGCC) and the American Chamber (Amcham).
During the interactive panel discussion it is the intention that State and industry brainstorm together how Penang’s Promise could and should materialise. Therefore, and as per the interest of the State Government, we would like to invite many representatives of the business community to attend.

Guests are invited to submit issues and questions to MDBC by 10 March 2014 so that appropriate responses may be delivered during the panel discussion.
We are very excited that the strong presence and growth of the MDBC Penang Chapter has also been recognised by the Penang State Government, and for the Hon. Chief Minister to commit to deliver his talk to MDBC members and many invited guests, which will include several Penang Exco members, all related State agencies and trade/industry organisations and corporate representations in Penang. This event is free of charge for MDBC members (one complimentary registration per company).
Registration fee is at RM80 nett per person (inclusive of coffee/tea/fingerfood at the networking).
Registration commits to payment; late cancellations (after 10 March) and no-shows are chargeable at RM80 nett per person.
