With the launch of the National Education Blueprint by Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak on 11 September 2012, Malaysians are eager to know what's in store for the future of our education system. Will the 11 shifts and 3 waves outlined in the blueprint revitalise the under-performing education system to produce the much-needed next generation of leaders and workforce for our country? Or is it merely the latest in a string of flip-flops policies by the government in recent times? Moderated by Datuk Dr Toh Kin Woon, a respected public scholar and former government leader, our panelists of educationists, policymakers and scholars will attempt to unveil the finer points of the National Education Blueprint and their relevance to our country. The forum aims to provide a platform for public scrutiny of the blueprint and along with it, an opportunity for public discussion on an issue which is of utmost importance to the country.
We look forward to welcoming you at this event.
